Tardiness: Your session has been reserved by a time slot. If you are late, your session may be shortened in order to end on time. New clients should arrive 10-15 minutes early for consultation and bring completed paperwork as follows.

Cancellations/Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours notice when possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment, full payment is due.
Pregnant Women: A note from your physician is required if you are pregnant. Hot Stone Massage is not for pregnant women or anyone with high Blood pressure or neuropathy.
When should I NOT get a massage?
* fever, cold/flu
* any infectious disease, infectious skin condition
* acute injury/inflammatory conditions
* blood clots
* chronic diseases in acute phase
Other information: Your modesty is protected at all times with professional draping. Licensed Massage Therapists may not diagnose medical conditions. Either party is free to terminate the session if they are uncomfortable.
